A helping hand at the moment it matters most.

We help people facing substance use and mental health challenges get the treatment, housing, and medication they need when they can't cover it on their own.

What your gift does

Support through every stage of early recovery

Scholarships go directly toward care, so no one has to stop short because the money ran out.

More time in treatment

Funding for Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) care when insurance stops paying.

A safe place to stay

Housing during treatment and help with sober living, away from isolation, long commutes, or a triggering home.

Medication

Help with prescriptions and co-pays, so cost is never the reason someone goes without.

Education

Educational support that helps people build the skills and stability for lasting recovery.

About us

Remember the people who lifted you up?

Remember hitting your bottom? Do you remember that moment when you first began to feel some hope?

Looking back, can you remember those angels who appeared at that precise moment when you needed help the most? I can. They helped lift me up until I could stand on my own.

The Ridgeview Alumni Charitable Corporation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, was established to financially help people who need treatment for substance use disorders and mental health challenges. Whether it's more time in treatment, housing, medications, or educational support, a helping hand at that critical moment can make all the difference in the world.

Won't you make a commitment to help lift someone up?

Give today
Our mission

To provide support through education, treatment, medication, and housing to individuals in need of mental health and substance abuse services.

Our vision

We believe that substance use disorders and mental health challenges can be treated effectively. We envision a future where everyone facing these issues is treated with compassion and respect, and given the chance to make positive changes in their lives and become productive members of their community.

That opportunity should be there for anyone who needs it, wants it, and is willing to take the necessary action.

Our impact

$47,750 in scholarships awarded

January 1 – May 31, 2026. Every dollar went toward someone's care.

In their own words

"I was not ready to go yet."

Two weeks of IOP treatment
Ridgeview saved my marriage and my life. I spent four weeks there in IOP and PHP. After two weeks my insurance would not cover any more time there. Thanks to the Ridgeview Alumni Charitable Corporation that awarded me a scholarship I was able to complete the program. I am beyond grateful…

Two weeks of IOP and housing
I want to thank the funding that was available to me. I needed more time, I was not ready to go yet… If it wasn't for the funding I don't know where I would be.

Housing during treatment
Staying close and connected allowed me to focus on me and my sobriety. Without the help, I don't believe I would have been able to discover all that I did about myself, which has aided my recovery.
H.D.
